The following is a directory of Townhomes and Condominium projects in and around Sedona. The monthly dues and what they include, as well as the amenities, vary widely. The information provided is intended as approximate guidelines and is subject to the buyer’s verification at time of making an offer.

     In many cases, units have been customized and may vary from the original floor plan. In the case of the older projects, owners have updated their units by replacing counter surfaces and flooring with newer materials, as well as newer appliances.

     Since all of these are re-sales, please check with Ray for availability. A couple of new projects with three or four units each are not included, but Ray can provide detailed information on request.
